Patch 1.6.2 Now Available


Las Vegas, NV – July 28th, 2016 – An update to Primal Carnage: Extinction has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Primal Carnage: Extinction. The major changes include:


  • Headshots now decapitate raptors again
  • Fixed TDM, GTTC, and CTE not having tyrant class limits



  • Reduced human jump delay
  • Added more variety to shotgun weapon sounds
  • Increased DBS damage from 35 to 40
  • Increased DBS spread to compensate for damage
  • Reduced DBS damage over distance
  • Fixed default shotgun shell ejecting at the wrong time
  • Fixed DBS secondary fire not showing impact effects
  • Swapped out Flamesaw sawing loop for more optmized version



  • Fixed some frontend economy issues
  • Fixed the Holly Dilo (Again)
